employees talk about drugs an personal court cases i heard one housekeeper say they something to another employee that they giving her husband rooms for free they also be loud in the halls disturbing me when im sleeping they walk in your rooms without knocking an the engineer is stealing time by clocking in an leaving an can be found another employee was looking for im very unhappy with my visit to your hotel an im not recommending yall to anyone bathroom showers dont have proper water pressure sink faucet was loose chipped paint with water stain by tub an toilet

I use clc with my company i gave them all the cards they needed when i got the evan my debit card for incidentals i checked out and then they charged my debit card for 147 that negatives my account i called all they said is i am sorry i have to wait 7 days not happy at all that money can be put back in my account it only took 7 seconds to take my money shill shy can it not be put back that way you don't mess with my money i will get really mad

Reservations were made for a group at one location (Broad St) - they told me they were under renovation and needed to switch us to VA Center Commons location. We ended up only having 2 families come into town needing a room. The one family called to state they were having difficulties and wouldn't be there on Friday but would be there on Saturday. When they arrived, their reservations had been cancelled. No other locations had rooms available (?) so they had to drive back to NC (with a baby)! The second family got in their room, but found mildew and mold on the hand towels and towels! I stay in multiple hotel chains and I'm a rewards customer -- We will NEVER stay at another Candlewood Suites location!!! Travelers Beware!!

Reserved a room cancel the wrong card was still charged this happened almost a month ago general manager stated card would be refunded and I have not heard from the general manager nor has our card been refunded. I called guest relations was on hold for 30 minutes and I waited for Management and then someone hung up in my face without even saying hello. The hotel swiftly took the cash off of our card but moving like a snail to refund it. The complaint is against the Lenexa Kansas location

I have already sent in a complaint and was told someone would call within 48 hours. No one has called. I have since received snap shots from another employee of the way the manager talks to all the employees. In it she telling the employee she has lost her mind and that is why she is the manager. I hope yall do something about this because she abuses employees.

Well I kept getting over charged and still got over charged each week! Was told $64.99 a day and was charged $74.99. I was charged for nights I didn’t stay! I had to go to a different room due to a bed bug was found. They wouldn’t change my bedding after three weeks Of being there do I reported them twice. I would like some of my money back due to I just left and went to a different hotel becuz the service was horrible! No one cared about the cleanliness of the room. I had to get my own towels none stop! Worse service ever! So if someone would please contact me about this issue it would be greatful! Thanks ! Don’t think I’ll ever stay there again.
