My reservation was booked and paid through Hotels.com. Upon my arrival at the hotel, I was informed that Hotels.com does not pay state tax therefore I would have to be charged...
Then I was also charged a separate $150 deposit, not a hold but a charge. Upon checkout, I should see my refund in 3-5 business days... I calked back to inquire about my refund on Hoo;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; 14th business day only to find out that my $150 refund, was in fact returned to Hotels.com, instead of the original form of payment, which I presented upon check in. I have been getting the run around for almost an entire month.
I understand mistakes can happen but its been a month and everyone seems to be happy because they have there $$$ but the customer is left waiting with their $$$ in Limbo for a month. No consideration or consultation given for this obvious blunder
